My icloud account hacked

A TXT massage was sent via my @icloud.com address. Does this indicate my account has been hacked? If so how do I report this?

iPhone SE, iOS 12

Might have got hacked I got a suspicious email from “iCloud” with a link at the bottom. I clicked on it and logged in with my Apple ID and password. Then it started asking for social security number and everything. So I stopped what I was doing. The top of the website had the apple symbol and a two-lined symbol on the left so I tried clicking on those but it wouldn’t go to the apple website and that’s when I figured it was fake. Is it possible they got into my iCloud?
