You have already performed basic troubleshooting steps like.......
Ejecting the G-Raid drives and powering them off
Shutting down your Mac
Powering your Mac back up
Connecting the G-Raid drives again and powering them on again
Is this correct?
If yes, the next steps would be to run Disk Utility / First Aid on each of the G-Raid drives to correct any errors that might be present.
Finder > Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility
Select on of the drives displaying on the left panel of the window
Click on First Aid at the top of the window
Do the same for any other drives that are having difficulty
