Apple Music account not working

When I tap to start a song it says “no active subscription” I have already paid though..

We understand that you are not able to enjoy Apple Music under your subscription. Are you signed in with the Apple ID that your Apple Music account is under? Are you part of a Family Sharing Group? Be sure to follow the steps and article below for signing into your Apple Music account.


  1. "Open the Apple Music app and tap Listen Now.
  2. In the upper-right corner, tap the photo icon.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password."


Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support
