Cannot receive a message on time
Sometimes I cannot get a message like a normal message or even a TAC number. It's not that I can't get it at all, it's just that it's been delayed for nearly an hour. But I can receive it from an iOS user, maybe because of iMessage. For Android users, it will be like this: "Your SMS didn't reach... as the phone is switched off." But I didn't switch off my phone at all. May I know if the fault is from my phone or from my carrier?
