issue in hotspot

I tried to connect my laptop and other mobiles through my iPhone personal hotspot but it’s not recognise my hotspot and I can edit to change the password but it is not getting updated. This issue occurred in my new iPhone 13 from day1

Reset your network settings, and try again.


Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings


Your carrier and your plan must permit hotspot, as well.
