So just to confirm, you've gone through all the steps in the 'Related Article', If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product - Apple Support that was shared on this thread, including the steps to try resetting your Beats, is that correct?

1. Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
If so, have you tried pairing your Beats with another device? This can help determine if we need to look into other options for your Beats, or look into troubleshooting your iPhone further.
