You can't. You can use a Rule to move the non-contact emails to some staging folder or to the Trash.

Contacts on iPhone Gmail keeps adding email contacts to my contacts list on my phone. I only want the contacts I put in manually. If I choose accounts on my phone and go to contacts and turn it off, ALL contacts vanish. How can I start over, deleting all the email addresses on my contacts list on my phone and just keeping the real contacts and their phone numbers? If there's no way to automatically do this, how can I save my real contacts so I will have them to refer to for the phone numbers in putting them back on manually?

I would really like to make it so that my contacts are merged, but when I look at my contacts folders on my iPhone 12Pro it shows Gmail contacts at 743 and iPhone contacts as 530. What the heck???
