Can’t swipe up to open and enter my password.

My iPad Air 4 (Model No: A2316; Serial No:

GG7GP2WMQ16V) will not open. I Can’t swipe up to open and enter my password.

I purchased my iPad Air 4 from Amazon (Order No: 114-6341790-1501050)

on November 26, 2021, so my Warranty is still effective.

I’ve tried the typical solutions to reset my device (see below) with no success.

1.     Power cycle/restart your device

2.     Perform a soft reset—Occasionally, after the Apple

logo appears, Siri sometimes starts speaking very hurriedly and is impossible

to decipher. Still, no success.

3.     Reset network settings

The following two possible solutions don’t work because I can’t open the iPad to access the Settings app

1.     Perform a factory data reset

2.     Perform a factory data reset

What should I do next? This is extremely frustrating.

Thanks,

John Dill
