order status return request expired From Refund Initiated

I cancelled a store pick up order via the apple store app , and I got the return info the status shows as "Refund Initiated", and then a few hours after the status changes to "Return Request Expired". The order details no longer show the return #, and it states that "If you were billed, then Apple has refunded your order". Why would the order status change? BTW Apple does not issue refunds for these orders. Does this mean Apple cancelled the refund?

I picked up my order but a refund was made I made an order for pick up, on the day the products were available on the store I picked them up. Days later, I received a message from Apple saying my order was still available for pickup and that it would be canceled if didn't pick up before X date. When that day came, the order was canceled and they gave me a refund. But I have the items on my hands and the money was returned to my credit card. How can I let Apple know that I picked up my order and they made that refund by mistake? Thanks, I'd really appreciate some orientation on how to proceed.

Apple subscription refund takes upto 30 days? I have requested a refund from apple for this purchased item as it was an unexpected payment on 7th June and the request has been accepted and showed me the refunded status in the status. Since this is a card payment, apple has provided instructions to wait for 30 days for me to claim the refund from the bank. Now it has been 27 days since the refunded date, but I haven’t received the amount or any notification from Apple. Im expecting that Apple would let me know the status of this as soon as possible.
