I updated with IOS 16.3 . Why some numbers and names are deleted it from my list of contacts?

I updated with IOS 16.3

IOS 16.3 or iOS 16.0.3?

If it is with IOS 16.3 that a beta version.

Not sure if the problem is related to beta version iOS 16.3

Reenable Contacts:

Disable Contacts in iCloud Settings, and then enable it. Report back if that does the trick.
