Does anyone have the same problem?? I place my order October 14 my estimated delivery change to October 31 to November 7, but my concern is that in the green line says processing but on the words says we are preparing your order we will notify you when it ships. Is that normal or that means that will be late.

When will my order change from processing to preparing to ship? My Iphone is due to arrive 18th-25th, however it still hasn’t changed to preparing to ship. I know it’s a lot to ask but just from previous experience, when can I expect it to progress and move forward?
