my app store and iTunes are disabled

my itunes and app store are disabled and i’ve been changing my password and apple id etc i want to be able to upgrade my apps because i can’t do anything with it disabled

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

Keep in mind -> You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
