Return Policy

I have bought an iPad mini and the newest apple pen for college but I realized I needed a MacBook and I’m wanting to return all of it to possibly get just a MacBook. I know the return policy is 14-15 days or whatever but I bought it September 26th and I’d try to go tomorrow October 13th. I know I’m cutting it close but can anyone tell me if they’ll be understanding?

Return/exchange unused ipad air which passed return date Hi all, I am in a huge dilemma regarding an ipad air 5. But it is more than a month now and it is completely unused. What option do I have to not suffer loss. Also I don’t want to trade in as the price is too less for such a brand new product. No.

if you are outside the 14 day return period you can not return them.
