I recently switched to T-Mobile, got a new I-phone 13 pro. I’m having a lot of trouble with texts duplicating when in a conversation with my two sisters. Worked with T-Mobile tech, followed recommended steps: power down, reset, etc but still a problem. Tech removed ghost number used to transfer from ATT but cd this still be a problem? The wireless signal varies quite often, at times very weak but tech assured me that’s not it. Glitch in the phone? Driving me crazy

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Just to confirm, is this issue only occurring with these specific contacts? Are these messages being sent/received as a SMS message (Green text bubble) or iMessage (Blue text bubble)?
Also, do you by chance have any duplicate contacts showing for your sisters in the Contacts app? If so, you can learn how to merge these contacts with the steps below: Get rid of duplicate contacts on iPhone - Apple Support (AZ)
Resolve duplicate contacts
If you have more than one contact card with the same first and last name, you can merge the duplicate contacts.
1. Below My Card, tap Duplicates Found.
2. Tap individual contacts to review and merge them, or tap Merge All to merge all duplicate contacts.
