Closes apps after minimizing

I found a problem, when i am minimizing an application or locking my screen even just for a few second on iphone, all processes stopped in applications before close, for instance a video in youtube player dissapears completly and I need to find the video and a position again. Music is the same and my conversation in chats. I already ckecked all settings on iphone and cannot find a solution to solve this, which makes me insane, its extremely inconvenient , please help me with this.

We understand that you're seeing some issues with being able to pick up where you left off in an app, after locking your device. iOS updates, along with updates for apps in the App Store, can often include fixes for issues, so let's start with ensuring your device and apps are up to date. We've included steps for both below. Update your iPhone or iPad will walk you through this.

"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
Choose the software update that you want to install. You can choose to stay on iOS or iPadOS 15 and still get important security updates. Or you can choose the option to upgrade to iOS 16.
Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."
