How do I unlink my phone from somebody else’s? iPhone 13.

We're not quite sure what you mean by 'unlink'. Are you referring to being in a Family Group with someone else? If so, you can leave that as explained here: Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support.
Or, are you possibly sharing an Apple ID with someone else? If so, you would need to either change your Apple ID and sign in with the new one, or have them do so. Please see these articles for instructions on how to do that:
