Are you looking in Settings > General > About?

Also see the following from Find information about your warranty or AppleCare plan - Apple Support

You can also see coverage details in Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Here's how:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap About.
  4. Tap the name of your AppleCare plan. If you don't see an AppleCare plan, tap Limited Warranty or Coverage Expired for more information.
