Hey there mariann197,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, are you still showing that you're signed in to your iCloud account in Settings > [Your Name]? If so, you'll just want to ensure that you have Notes enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
For more details, check out this link: Set up iCloud for Notes on all your devices - Apple Support
Set up iCloud for Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
2. Do one of the following:
- iOS 16: Tap Show All, tap Notes, then turn on Sync this iPhone.
- iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on Notes.
3. To view notes stored in iCloud, open the Notes app. In the Folder list, select All iCloud or a folder in the iCloud section.
If still missing your notes after confirming that you're signed in and Notes in iCloud is enabled, check out the steps in this additional resource: If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
We'd also recommend checking if your notes still appear in iCloud by signing in to your iCloud account here: iCloud - Apple
Let us know what you find, and we'll continue from there.
Have a great day!
