Can’t Delete Any Bookmarks From My Homescreen

I am going to be straight up with you, I am <18 years old and have parental restrictions on my iPhone12 I have the problem most people are having, the X on the top left corner of the bookmark - Is not there, however, with my parental locks, I’m not able to access any of the solutions in my settings. What do I do???
