Hi, it says I dont have a backup available while I have photos available in cloud
Need to get my cloud backup

Be aware that iCloud Photos is a syncing service and iCloud Backup is a backup service. If you have iCloud Photos turned on in a device, the photos will not also be included in iCloud Backup. See instructions in Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
iCloud Photos syncs whenever a change is made (new photo, edited photo, deleted photo). Also, you can view iCloud Photos in an internet browser by logging into iCloud.com but you cannot view the contents of an iCloud Backup.
