How can I remove SOS from my iPhone?

What do you mean by SOS? It's a feature that's been on iPhone for a while, and only appears if you rapidly click the side button five times (or three times in India).

Perhaps you mean Crash Detection (iPhone 14 only)? If so, Go to Settings > Emergency SOS and turn off Call After Severe Crash.

If it is showing SOS rather than your carrier try restarting your iPhone.
