Apple TV memory

I am sick and tired of walking away from a show or trying to restart a movie and find out that not only does Apple not have a clue where I left off but they don't even have a record that I was watching it and I have to actually search for the movie again. What's up with this? No other streaming service has this issue.

Apple TV 4K 64GB (2021) - where has the storage gone? Hi, I have an Apple TV 4K 64GB (2021) and I'm struggling to work out what is using 54GB of the 64GB. Yesterday, I got a warning (can't remember the exact text) saying that I was low on storage, and some app data had been automatically removed. I can't understand how I can possibly be low on storage. One of the problems on the Apple TV is that you can't get a detailed breakdown of where all the storage has gone. If I go to Settings -> General -> Manage storage, it shows this: Which shows only about 616MB usage. I used the 3rd party app "TV Info" to check how much space is actually used. See image below: which clearly indicates 54.74GB used. So that's roughly 54GB unaccounted for. Is there a way to check what is taking up this 54GB, and how can I delete it? Thanks for any help Liz

Apple TV Screensavers My Apple TV is missing a lot of the Apple screensavers. I selected the "Daily" option for Download New Video and I'm nowhere near my Apple TV's storage limit. I've also noticed that once in a while one will appear for a few days and then disappear. Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance!

Apple TV viewing history. Started watching a movie last night that I don't remember the title to and fell asleep. The movie of continued played through but apple tv won't show it in the menu anywhere and I can't find any section of the app that shows past views. Oversight apple?

Possibly there is something off about your Apple ID account that this information isn’t stored.

Watch progress is to be stored online as an account property. Please contact the Apple Support staff about why it isn’t working for you, and what they or you can do about it. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
