Have gone through the phones settings and apps and cannot understand why the storage bar is showing 241.8GB of usage and nearly all listed in the Media category. When I add up the individual apps storage amounts, the total is no where near what the iPhone storage is indicating. (241.8 GB)
Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for the reply. I currently do not have a computer to connect with.
I tried two hard resets to no avail. Then I tried a power down - power up and voila the incorrect storage amount began to countdown back to what I would think is a correct amount. Thanks for your reply

If you believe that the storage numbers you're seeing aren't correct you can try confirming the numbers using a computer.
