Voiceover won’t turn off
I’ve checked my settings, everything is set to “off”… but I keep having the voice narration speak during the shows and I don’t even know how it got turned on?? Please help. It’s driving me crazy.

You may be experiencing Audio Descriptions, not VoiceOver, which is a different function.
Audio Descriptions is a separate audio track, if available in the stream.
- Audio Descriptions has a ‘global’ preference in Settings﹥Accessibility﹥.
- Audio Descriptions can be turned on or off during playback using the Accessibility Shortcut (triple-click Menu or Back), if configured to do so.
- Audio Descriptions can be turned on or off as a language track. Identify the Audio Descriptions track by the ‘AD’ addition to the language name. Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If it happens for a single show or app only, then it may be a content provider error.
