Your camera is not yet listed on the current list of RAW support for Big Sur or Monterey, see: Digital camera RAW formats supported by iOS 15, iPadOS 15, and macOS Monterey - Apple Support
for the time being, try to convert the the RAW files to another lossless format, like DNG or TIFF, for example with the software that came with your camera or Adobe's free DNG Converter.

Tell the jokester, Fuji, that. They have to get the info/data to Apple so it can be included in the system. So far it's not supported by Ventura.
Same here! No support for my X-H2s, no support for compressed fujifilm RAW format! That's a joke...
