Email Problem

My wife's IPad and iPhone have stopped receiving emails. The iPad is on IOS15 and the iPhone on IOS16.


I have my wife's email account on my Mac; iPad and iPhone and the emails are coming through with no problems.


I have followed all the recommended steps. The email settings match those on my devices. I confess that I have run out of ideas. Any thoughts?
