Issue with update IOS 15.7

Need support, with a downloaded Update to IOS 15.7 on my device, when click on “Install” keeps saying “unable to install due to not connected to internet” while I am connected! What is happening? Tried for weeks now and same . Attached three screen shots illustrating the scenarios explained.msg comes up. Pls help.
