If your Apple ID has been created using the temporary eMail:

Try going online to your Apple ID account

https://appleid.apple.com

Use the temporary email as your Apple ID log-in

Enter the password

A verification code will generally be sent to the trusted phone number listed in your account.

Enter the code number where prompted to access your Apple ID account.
