random email address keep appearing

Hi guys. I have been experiencing this situation for a while now and I would appreciate if you could help me out. Whenever I need to type in my email address, for instance when creating a new account online or on app this random email address keeps popping up as suggestion email address on the keyboard. It is now my email at all. My own email address doesn't even pops up as suggestion at all. It only shows this one random email that I don't know. Do you know how this email has got in my Ipad and how can I remove this? Thank you

Hello bcghhj,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We have some questions to help us better understand your concern and eliminate the cause. Are you using a password manager that may be using autofill? Has anyone recently used your iPad? When did you first notice this? Which app or website does this occur? Which web browser are you using? If you’re using Safari, please use the steps here to clear history, cache, and cookies: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Delete history, cache, and cookies

  • To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
  • To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
  • To visit sites without leaving a history, turn Private Browsing on.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
