Is there an easy way to control 3rd party bluetooth headphone connectivity with Apple TV 4k?

I often use my Soundcore Life Q30 headphones to watch TV. But when someone else later tries to watch TV via the sound bar, the Apple TV automatically reconnects the headphones, even if I'm listening to music in another room. That seems to require navigating back through the menus and disconnecting the headphones.

Then the next time I want to use them I have to navigate back in and reconnect them. It's just a lot of work all the time. Not to mention if I try to connect the headphones but they were most recently connected to my iphone, I have to turn off bluetooth on the phone to get the TV to connect. Are there any simple ways to expedite any of this?

I feel like we need more preferences for Bluetooth...an option to stop headphones from automatically connecting and a way to quickly switch between speakers and third party headphones (I saw on reddit that this option exists for AirPods). Thanks!
