Talk and text isn’t working.

I’ve tried a couple of things already to see if I can get it work and found that I can’t talk and text anywhere. When you hit the microphone, where you text a microphone with an X shows up. It will not hear my voice.

I’ve tested to see if the micro phone is working. I can send voice messages and Siri works. I read to turn off Siri and to turn to enable dictation from setting- general-keyboards. I then turned off my phone and turned them all back on. I reprogrammed siri to recognize my voice, and she is working correctly, but the talk and text is still not working

I then delete all Bluetooth devices, except my watch. I don’t know how hard that is to dd the device back on so I didn’t want to mess with it.

what can I do to get my talk and text working again??
