Wrong delivery
I was sent the wrong I pad, I ordered an iPad Air and I got an iPad mini with someone else’s name engraved on it. I can’t find any support on the website about how to fix this

You are going to need to contact Apple for help. You can use the Get Support link in the upper right corner of this we page or call them and I would try using this number.

That might not be the correct number, but you can start there, explain what is going on and they should be able to direct you to where you need to go.
