“Certain” Apps not Updating

I currently have 12 apps that won’t update. As new apps updates are available, those will update without an issue. The ones not updating are pretty standard apps too…HBO, Amazon and YouTube, for example.

I have a iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16. I’ve also only used about half my storage so we have plenty of room.

I will also add that this phone was bought used and I just got it a few months ago. It was also restored from my laptop (my previous phone was a iPhone 8).
