'Total Adblock' app

I have had 'Total Adblock' pop up on another of my apps on my iPhone 11. I found a much earlier conversation on Apple Community, but to read the answers I must start the conversation again.

Can someone please help, as I certainly don't wish to compromise my apple products with any malware apps which may do more harm than good. Reading the reviews is confusing too. I recently tried to give a good review about my ISP and the review was knocked back because Admin wouldn't believe that I had never worked for my ISP for any other software firm. Thus I have become extremely suspicious all review sites.
