It will depend on where your Notes were stored. If they were stored with a third-party service like Gmail or Yahoo, check these steps:

1. In the Settings app, tap Mail.
2. Tap Accounts, then tap the email account that you want to check.
3. Make sure that Notes is on.

You can also check your Recently Deleted folder for Notes:

1. Open Notes, then tap the back icon < until you see your Folders list.

2. Tap Recently Deleted and search for your note.

Диана, добрый день!

попробуйте на айфоне открыть заметки и убедиться, что они там есть (все старые заметки). Потом сделайте на айфоне любую новую заметку.

Они автоматически синхронизируются и должны будут появится на компе. У меня так сработало. Изначально даже не появился список заметок, а после того как сделал новую на айфоне - появились все снова.
