When I try to you my dictation on my iphone 13 …. The mic pops up with a mute sign. I have reset my phone, enabled and disabled and still nothing.
Update: I just got a great tip to put my phone in airplane mode, then shut it down and restart it, it worked! I just dictated this response, I am so happy that my lazy self doesn’t have to type words anymore :)

Does anyone have an answer to this issue? I have the same problem, my dictation setting is enabled.
At this point I have made an appointment with the apple store.
I have called tech support and no luck.
