How to turn off autocorrection for certain languages
Based on my knowledge, it is impossible to turn off autocorrection for some languages and keep it on for some other languages in iOS/MacOS. (I wish I'm wrong!!!)
I speak several languages. The autocorrection function is really messy and not helping at all for the language that I am a native speaker of. It assumes 99% of the time that I have made a mistake in typing (which I barely do), and put weird suggestions on top. It is super frustrating to have to go through a long long list of mistakes which I do NOT make to find the word that I am typing correctly! I have to turn off autocorrection and predicting because of that. For some other languages, it works just fine. I really hope that Apple can make autocorrection (and predicting) a separate and independent option for each language/keyboard that I use on my devices!
