How to turn off autocorrect in one language on Mac?

I have English and Persian languages installed on my Mac. While autocorrect is generally useful for correcting typos in English, it can sometimes make mistakes when typing in Persian. Currently, autocorrect on Mac is enabled or disabled for all languages at once. Is it possible to disable autocorrect for a specific language, such as Persian, while still keeping it enabled for other languages, like English?

By going around, I found the solution myself!

  • Go to "System Preferences" and click on the "Keyboard" icon. In the "Keyboard" panel and under "Text Input" click on the "Edit" button.
  • In the "All Input Sources" section and under "Spelling" select the language for which you want to maintain autocorrect.
  • Autocorrect will turn off for the language which is not selected.
  • When you are finished, click the "Done" button to save your changes.
