Hey guys im trying to install macOS big sur on my macbook 2013 but it is stuck at 2hr 19 mins for the past 2 hours? what should i do

Wait patiently especially if this us an upGrade from High Sierra

There are a lot of things going on behind the scenes that require time to complete.

If you are sure it is not going through -->>

1. Unplug and and all external Drives
2. Force as Shut Down even if having to use the Power Button
3. Pause 30 seconds
4. Power Up and Immediately Hold the SHIFT Key
5. This is a Safe Boot
6. The above point 5, may or may not allow the upGrade Process to complete and hopefully successfully
