How do I get rid of iCloud, I cannot use many of my apps because I have no idea what my iCloud password or info is

I bought a new iPad and now many of my icons have iCloud under them, I really don’t use or want iCloud and now those icons want my iCloud password and user name in order to use these applications ,which I have no idea what that is. I am unable to use my email as it also wants a iCloud password and username. I want to get rid of iCloud but don’t know how.

Your two ambitions require the same solution: to sign out of iCloud you will need the password; to regain access to your email and your documents you will need the password. So it's probably better to recover your password and continue with iCloud.

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support should be of assistance "...to reset your Apple ID password and regain access to your account".
