I need help setting up my iPhone

I bought it at Sydney Apple Store CBD.

I want to make appointment this afternoon in CBD Apple store to see someone to set up my phone because it’s really tired. I can’t use it, all the pictures are white & black . and then I need to restart the for Mason to the new phone because I have a lot of friends phone no in my old phone , so I want to make a new appointment this afternoon as a Sydney Apple store CBD ASAP , please help me, it is 2 days already since I bought!!!
