Black screen with cursor after booting into Windows

I am using a 15-inch 2016 Macbook Pro running Monterey.

When I boot into Windows 10 I am given a black screen with my cursor after the Windows logo is shown. CTRL+ALT+DEL / CTRL+SHIFT+ESC does not open Task manager and I am unable to boot into WinRE through restarting.

Can you get back to macOS? Your best bet may be to remove it (with BCA) and try a reinstall. Did Windows work beforehand? If so, try to get any data you can off the BOOTCAMP partition from the Finder.

I have the same issue. Windows Black screen of death. Went into MacOS side and can no longer see the Windows Partition. Just vanished. Thankfully I had backed it up. Anyway, now I try and use Bootcamp Manager to re-create the Windows partition and every-time I try to do so... I get the "Downloading Windows support software "Task Status, then the "Can't download the software because of a network problem." message. Cant get beyond this. I am running a Mac Pro 2020 and using the Win10_21H2_EnglishInternational_x64.iso. Interestingly, when I go to Disk Utility I see the CCCOMA_X64 Disk Image. But still, cant get beyond the "Can't download the software because of a network problem." message. Getting really annoyed as I need Windows 10 on my Mac for work. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.
