If you're getting a message that your password is incorrect when trying to sign in on your PC, we first suggest ensuring you're able to sign in from the website via web browser with the same credentials. If you get an error there as well, reset your password with the steps below from the article If you forgot your Apple ID password:

Should it continue to give you an error, tell us more about where you're seeing this. Are you trying to sign in on iCloud for Windows or another service? Can you sign in successfully on other devices?
