ICloud Verification Failed

When attempting to sign into the ICloud app on my Surface Pro running Windows 11, I keep getting the dialog box: "Verification Failed. Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later." I checked and my Apple ID and password are correct. I noticed that with the Windows 11 update I no longer seem to have Bonjour installed. Suggestions? ICloud seems to work fine through the website.
