New iPhone 14 purchase issue

Hi!

Please let me know if there is any possibility to make an order for iPhone 14 Pro and pay for it by cash, not by card?

As I can see on the website I can make payment online and get the iPhone delivered to the specified address. But I'm Ukrainian and now I'm limited in using my Ukrainian bank cards to pay in euros abroad. So I can't pay for it online now because of bank limits and there are no new iPhones in AppleStores so I can't go to an offline shop and buy it by cash.

So please let me know if there is any possibility to get new iPhone 14 Pro and pay the fell amount in cash.
