How/where do I get an ICS sync URL to download ICS files for my icloud calendars?

Hello,

I followed these instructions to Download a calendar from iCloud.com, but The section "Download a calendar from iCloud.com" does not result in downloading an ICS file. It tries instead to launch outlook which I do not have configured.
