Moving a file in iPad using FOLDER I get a message -> YOU need to authenticate before accessing this item.

Ensure that you are fully signed-in to your Google account within the Google Drive App. While you appear to be using the native Files App to manage/access your files, access to Google Drive storage is predicated upon being signed-in via the Google Drive App.
Hi LotusPilot, I didn’t get your recommendation here. I am using Google Drive on the iPAd all the time so I understand that this is be signed-in to my Google account, or should I do something different? I still have the previous error and not able to move files. Thanks for your comments!
If you are signed-in to your Google account within the Google Drive App, try signing-out - then restart your iPad prior to signing-in again to your Google account.
If difficulties persist, you would be well advised to seek assistance from Google Support.
Just to complement, the file is in Google Drive, trying to move it to Google Drive other destination.
