How do you contact Apple when they are unable to call you?
I am trying to get support from Apple but my only option is a call. I submit my number and am in the Queue. I then receive an email saying they are trying to reach me. How am I meant to proceed in this situation?
I've tried replying to the email I received but I go an auto response saying it wasn't monitored.
Why isn't there an option to instant message or email?
Very frustrating!!!
