A few months ago I deleted my old apple account and opened a new one. However, even though I am downloading apps from the appstore with my new address, but I am unable to update my old app. how to fix this error?
If the app was purchased w/ the “old” - now-deleted - AppleID; the error will continue until the app and data are completely deleted from your device …
… and the app re-installed w/ your current/valid AppleID.
I deleted it completely. and downloaded it again with the new appleid. but this error is shown every time the update is done. cannot be reformed

Perhaps deleting again … followed logging-out of your AppleID.
Then, a re-connect to you AppleID might “do the trick” ???
You can also try deleting the app, logging out of your ID, restarting the phone, and then signing back in to see if that helps.
