Check for updates in the app store, or use Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Offload App to remove the app, then redownload. If the issue persists report/seek assistance at https://microsoftcasualgames.com/.

I followed your advice and did all the steps you suggested. Still same error code 101. I can play off line only
